The first time I contacted Joys of Shopping it was with a very specific request. My daughter needed a particular flavor of ice cream for her birthday, and I didn’t know where to find it. Joy found it and quickly proved herself the champion of the “wild goose chase.” Over the next few weeks, she tracked down a hard-to-find lemonade, and even hand sanitizer! She also made it possible for us to order things from Trader Joe’s, which was an exciting addition to our grocery deliveries!

But we quickly realized that Joy’s quality of service spreads across everything she does, even the more mundane. After a couple of weeks, she knew our preferences as well as we did, and often asked for clarity and offered suggestions to deliver better service than we even requested.

Now “Miss Joy’s” visits are a highlight of our weeks! My children look forward to seeing her and we are always blown away by the quality of her work. Thank you, Joy!
